what is the basic consultation cost?
the base fee is considered the basic consultation cost. prices vary for virtual + IN-HOME services.
HOW MUCH WORK IS COMPLETED DURING THE CONSULTATION?
the basic consultation IS CONSIDERED an initial service but allows for significant PERSPECTIVE + CLARITY WITHIN THE 90 MINS ALLOTTED.
INSPIRATION and guidance FOR organization, functionality, aesthetics + ergonomics.
can i purchase exclusive designer furniture?
yes. if you require the purchase of a product available to trades only, a quote is determined + a deposit of 50% is required to place the order. final balance is due upon completion. all client PURCHASES ARE invoiced by clairefied design.
can i pay by cheque?
yes. cheques are made payable to CLAIREFIED DESIGN.

what are added hours?
added hours account for any additional time you may require, regarding interior design or home organization related inquiries.
how do i use added hours?
there are many ways to use extra hours purchased,
including but not limited to:

can i buy added hours without a consultation?
NO. added hours can only be purchased after a consultation, as a means to continue working to assist clients in all their interior clarifying needs.
if you require minimal help and just need assistance starting, try purchasing a virtual consultation to determine or inspire your space OR MAIL IN YOUR samples FOR A SECOND OPINION.
Changes + REFUNDS
can i edit aN APPOINTMENT i already scheduled online?
yes. ALL BOOKINGS can be edited up to 24 HRS before THE BOOKING DATE.
can i cancel aN APPOINTMENT MYSELF?
yes. ANY SERVICE can be cancelled up to 24 HRS before THE BOOKING DATE.
are there refunds FOR ANY SERVICES?
ANY COMPLETED SERVICES CANNOT BE REFUNDED + MUST BE PAID IN FULL.
are there refunds for unused hours?
yes. although this is unlikely, since added hours are intended to be a pay-as-you-go concept. however, if the requested or quoted added time is more than the time required, refunds are available for each hour over-estimated.
note: 30 or 45 minutes is billed as 1 hr.
8.5 hrs used of an estimated 10 hrs would be entitled to a refund of 1 hour.

YES. WE PREFER TO MEET YOU + YOUR PETS SO THAT EVERYONE FEELS MOST COMFORTABLE.
WOULD YOU WATCH A SNAKE?
YES. WHEN FILLING OUT THE PET-SITTING FORM WE EMAIL YOU, BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR FEEDING SCHEDULE WITH THE DATE LAST FED AS WELL AS IF YOU FEED LIVE OR FROZEN.
WOULD YOU WATCH A DOG?
TYPICALLY, NO. PLEASE CONTACT PRIOR TO BOOKING IF YOU REQUIRE DOG-SITTING.
